Refund and Returns Policy

At Pardesi Posh, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you wish to return a product (excluding custom-made orders), please follow the guidelines below:

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please email us at Hello@pardesiposh.com or visit our website and raise a Support Ticket through the Help Center in your My Account section.

Terms & Conditions for Returns:

Store Credit Only: Returns will be accepted for store credit only, which must be redeemed within 30 days of processing the return. Please note that original shipping charges and duties are non-refundable.

Return Timeframe: The product must be returned to us within 14 days from the date it was shipped to you.

Condition of Returned Items: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags attached in its original condition. Please ensure that all packaging materials, courier receipts, invoices, and other accompanying papers are included.

  • Damaged/Soiled Products: Products that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
  • Return Transit: Pardesi Posh is not responsible for any damage caused during the return transit of the product.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your product, you may return it for store credit and purchase a new item using that credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of shipping the return will be borne by the customer.

 

Damaged/Defective/Wrong Products:

 Before accepting your package from the courier, please check the product and quantity against the invoice. If you notice any discrepancies or damage to the package, kindly leave a remark with the courier upon receipt.

 If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, please contact us at Support@pardesiposh.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include detailed information about the defect or error. Our principal designer will verify the issue, and our customer service team will reach out to you with further instructions.

The defective or incorrect product must be returned within 7 days from the date advised by our Customer Service Department. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the product and cover all shipping costs. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue store credit.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been processed. If you request cancellation before the order is processed, store credit will be issued. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.

Custom-Made Orders:

Please note that custom-made orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
