A designer and manufacturer of original in-house products, including shawls and handcrafted accessories (“Pardesi Posh Originals”), and
A custom clothing manufacturing service provider specializing in bridal, formal, and occasion wear produced upon client request.
All garments are handmade and primarily produced on a made-to-order basis.
We make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions, imagery, and specifications of products displayed on our website. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our work, slight variations in color, embroidery, fabric texture, or embellishments may occur and shall not be considered defects.
Certain bridal or formal designs displayed on our website or social platforms may be presented for inspiration or craftsmanship demonstration purposes only.
Such designs may belong to independent designers or established fashion brands. Pardesi Posh does not claim ownership or authorship of third-party original designs.
Customers requesting reproduction or customization based on reference images acknowledge that Pardesi Posh acts solely as a manufacturing service provider executing client-requested customization.
All Pardesi Posh Original products, including shawls and proprietary designs, remain the intellectual property of Pardesi Posh.

An order confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order. Pardesi Posh reserves the right to decline or cancel orders due to availability, payment issues, or operational limitations.
Customers must be at least 18 years old or place orders under parental or guardian supervision.
Custom-made garments are produced according to customer specifications.
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that:
Production begins after payment confirmation.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once manufacturing has commenced.
Minor variations are inherent to handmade craftsmanship.
All custom orders are final sale unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.
All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices:
Include applicable local taxes where required
Exclude international customs duties, import taxes, or shipping carrier charges
Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by destination countries.
Ownership of goods transfers only after full payment is received.
Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided for guidance only.
Delays may occur due to:

Due to the customized and handcrafted nature of our products:
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Pardesi Posh Originals may be eligible for exchange only in case of verified manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
